Track star Taylor Phinney donated one of world champ jerseys to the folks at the USA Cycling Development Foundation. The put it up for auction on EBay, and after a flurry of last-minute bids, the jersey sold this week...for $1,000!

All we know about the winning bidder is his first name...Matt...and his home town...Albuquerque. Congrats, Matt! You now own a great piece of cycling memorabilia, and you've helped the folks at USA Cycling.
