Here's the deal.

We'll be running a daily contest, to pick the winner of that day's stage of the Tour. And the winner will get free CycleTo cycling socks. And at the end of the Tour we'll be giving away a white, short-sleeved CycleTo jersey. Sound interesting?

We're making it real simple to enter...just send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your picks for the first, second and third place finishers in that day's stage. Why pick all three? In case more than one person picks the correct winner (which is pretty likely), then the tie-breaker is the person who correctly picked second place on that day. If there's more than one person who correctly picked first and second, then we'll go to the third place pick as the tie-breaker. If it's still tied after that, then we'll take everyone who's correctly picked first, second and third, and pull the winner's name out of a hat.

Entries for the daily contest can be submitted between 9:00am PDT and 2:00am PDT the next day. Any and all entries received for that day's contest before or after that time will be disqualified, and you'll need to enter every day if you want to be in the running for that day's free socks. You can only enter once each day, and anyone who enters more than once on any given day will be disqualified from that day's freebie. We'll announce the name of the new winner every day on CycleTo.

And...the socks come in two sizes...L/XL for men, S/M for women.

We'll award the jersey to the person who picks the most winners, regardless of whether they won the daily contest or not (because tie-breakers may sometimes determine the daily winners).
